🧼 CONDITION
This is an ex-corporate device in very good cosmetic condition. The laptop has been professionally wiped, tested, and cleaned, with only minor signs of prior use consistent with normal corporate deployment.
🛡️ Warranty
This laptop includes a 6-month limited QT Stock carry-in hardware warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers confirmed hardware faults that occur under normal use, including major internal component failure.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Liquid damage
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Software issues, viruses, passwords, user-installed applications, or operating system changes made after delivery
- Battery runtime expectations, battery wear, or gradual battery capacity loss
- Damage caused by opening, modifying, or attempting to repair the device without authorization
Any warranty claim will require the laptop to be returned to QT Stock for assessment. If the fault is confirmed to be covered, QT Stock will assist with repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. This warranty does not limit any rights the buyer may have under applicable South African consumer law.
