The best way to install for effective use
Mount the device center of the two cars on the garage roof with the lasers pointing onto the windows of each car. Park your car perfectly and then position the lasers so that they shine on a specific point on your car dashboard so that you know when to stop. Common focal points are the edge of the dash or the top of the steering wheel.
