- Software issues, viruses, passwords, user-installed applications, or operating system changes made after delivery
- Battery runtime expectations, battery wear, or gradual battery capacity loss
- Damage caused by opening, modifying, or attempting to repair the device without authorization
Any warranty claim will require the laptop to be returned to QT Stock for assessment. If the fault is confirmed to be covered, QT Stock will assist with repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. This warranty does not limit any rights the buyer may have under applicable South African consumer law.
